Money Siphoning Scheme (Score 1)

This has cause a huge backlash from the public, for one the project was awarded to a company, Tricubes which is a GN3, meaning they have accounting issue with the Stock Exchange, without a tender and they we were already dying as their stock price was around 5cent before this announcement. They plan to charge the goverment 50 cents for every email to a citizen, imagine for 18m adults thats huge money, practically a gold mine.
