Yes you are right on the issue of the scope of this particular story, but this is a follow up story, to a series of stories about the same plant before and my response was kind of to all of them. Similar silly claims about russia planning to use the meltdown as a weapon can be found on many sources. Mine was a general reaction encompassing the ones like "russians are running out of missiles in 10 days" or "ukraine is about to storm the front, just you wait". That wasn't clear in my text, my bad.

Yeah russians are shelling the plant they captured, risking a meltdown in the middle of their war, in order to... discredit armed forces of ukraine... Russians are the blame for the war for sure but the more I see western people keep believing such stories, the more dread I feel for the days to come...
