The truth of the matter is: ALL software projects get done by dedicated, smart programmers IN SPITE OF the paradigm of the day, rather than BECAUSE OF the paradigm of the day. They persist in spite of BAD/INCOMPETENT management, bad/poorly written/non existent specifications, long and grueling hours, impossible, unrealistic deadlines, irrelevant things like Agile, and get the job done. Let's give 'em a hand!
