rackrent writes: We've all seen stories about older individuals who have fallen for individual scams, but I'm concerned for my father who is in his '70s who has fallen for two of them, both from banner ads. When I last visited, his computer had so many anti-virus programs and all that installed it was nearly impossible to navigate. I guess he's comfortable that way, but not thinking through things as he should when it comes down to financial information. My question is, how best would approach someone in your family when you have to tell them "you're doing it wrong?"
