yeah right i'm lucky if i can pick up someone's wifi signal at starbucks, let alone on the road in the middle of nowhere. there's a reason we use cell phones you know.
Is it possible that software is not like anything else, that it is meant to be discarded: that the whole point is to always see it as a soap bubble?
