The world is a giant workings of delicately adapted organisms balanced in a cycle of complexity we can barely begin to catalog. In every circle there are the supremely original organisms, and there are organisms trying to emulate what the leader is doing. We are creating technology to simulate life, and in the process we are destroying life. There is what exists, one, and then there is the mirror of one. Our entire civilization is the mirror of nature. Take that as you will. I can't phrase it any better.
