Ok guys..got it working again by a fluke. I disconnected from my WEP enabled network and connected to another unsecure network and then reconnected to my original network. Somehow it started working again. Dont know for how long it is going to work. Try disconnecting from your existing network and reconnect. Make sure that you switch off the Internet sharing before you disconnect and reconnect. Then switch on the sharing.
