My uncle was doing it. He used a thin wooden board with multitude of straightened up hooks nailed into (kinda like a fakir bed) and put it under the cover of the driver's seat. Actually there was once a guy still sitting there in the morning.
Good payback, but don't do it. He had to pay for the medical treatment of the chap. Law's stupid...
