Only in the USA ridiculous stuff like this can happen... Nobody here in the EU would be ignorant enough to sue a company because they were STUPID themself! How retarded do you have to be to follow a highway on foot!!! How impossibly blind do you have to be to get hit on the highway... the road bank wasn't big enough?!?!
