no, it sure is NOT funny.
Americans (and Europeans) see Poles as "dumb" people.
Americans tell jokes.
Europeans are diplomatic, but do the same.
However, all you need to do is look back in history to see the achievements polish inventors, doctors, engineers, mathematicians, astronomers, scientists, authors, artist (..and others) have created.
