You can bring your CAD models into VR via Blender & Blocks, you can also use Blender in VR with your CAD model. Importing is getting better & all of this tech is still a little geeky, but you can also collaborate on these models too. Message me.

Gravity is not subject to interpersonal objectivity. Nor are tsunamis, tornados, fires, etc. So there are facts outside of perception whether the perceiver is there or not. Ontological approaches to understanding those realities involve metaphysics, theology and fancy reductionist philosophies. VR is a simulated reality. Some reproductions are better than others. Early stage development tells us locomotion and immersive experiences are possible but not comfortable for everyone. There are tons of things that can happen in VR outside of games: complex situational training, mechanical design, practical design, practical mechanical training, etc. Itâ(TM)s the quality of these early experiences that might not be compelling.

Someone on the thread is advancing trickledown and the magical notion that all wealth is circulated at all times. The reality is that the rich hoard wealth and even if they didnâ(TM)t, 1%er families cannot spend enough to fuel an economy for 7 billion people. In order to incentivize spending tax rates must be high on earnings over 200 million to keep that money in circulation. Given the people of the 1950s understood this, it is astounding that technological people do not understand this today. no spending = no circulation of money or goods = recession.

Had you truly understood the Frankfurt school, or read anything after the 1960s, you'd know that the legacy of the Frankfurt school has been a REJECTION of Marxism and capitalism as both lead to state monopolies: one communist, the other fascist, neither good for the people. Of course, if you drink the right wing Koolaid, you'll never know anything. So you're just embracing fascists over communists, both failed 'isms' and attesting to the earlier point that all "isms" are quite dangerous.

We have to get a critical mass to vote third party, and not for the tea party corporate whores. That will be hard in a country of followers who are woefully under-educated and largely ignorant. Most Americans can't even understand that 68% of corporations pay no income tax whatsoever whilst everyone else is in the 28 - 35% bracket except those who are already rich and live off dividends at 15%. Making people aware of DOJ crimes is going to be substantially harder than getting them to understand the tax code. My feeling is we are doomed due to our own ignorance.
