If he was on trial already, he can't be tried again. This was discussed during Jack Smith's prosecution of Trump, because Trump was never actually on trial. Everything The DOJ and Trump's lawyers did up to the election and the end of the prosecution was pre-trial motions. They never made it to jury selection, so Trump's trial never legally started.

From the brief period before Steve Jobs returned where Apple was licensing Mac OS to other manufacturers. And it was about as good a game console as you'd expect, being based on Mac OS (pre-OS-X) and running on low-end hardware.
