My mother and I moved from New Jersey to Southern California, where I wasn't too keen about my new home - until I met Ali, an attractive girl who seemed to like me. But trouble loomed when Ali's ex-boyfriend and his gang of ruffians started tormenting me. One day, as I was suffering a beating at the hands of these louts, Mr. Miyagi came to my rescue. To my amazement, Miyagi managed to take down the whole group all by himself using karate. I begged to learn this ancient martial art, and soon Miyagi began my training, teaching me that there is more to karate than fighting. Through a series of lessons, the wise mentor instilled a sense of honor and nobility in me while preparing me for the ultimate karate showdown with the Cobra Kai. However, as I studied the discipline and art of karate, my enemies were learning a dirtier kind of fighting from Cobra Kai sensei John Kreese, a cold-blooded ex-marine. Ultimately, we fought to the finish in the All Valley Karate Championship, and now I enjoy browsing Slashdot.
