Yep they sure were, and Michael Speck, now head media whore for Brilliant Digital Entertainment, was the head of MIPI, the attack dog of ARIA (Aust RIAA) that took KaZaA to court http://www.crn.com.au/News/14179,kazaa-applies-for-anton-piller-order-to-be-set-aside.aspx.
