This is one of the paid services from Skype whereby for a very low fee (about 2 cents per minute for US residents) you can use Skype to call out to landlines and cell phones anywhere in the world. 2) Gizmo Project which is a US based opened source version of Skype which many users say offers even better sound quality then Skype.
