Comment bioinformatics? (Score 1) 597
Haven't seen any mention of this yet. If anyone is working in bioinformatics, I'd be glad to hear about it. What skills are needed? What's the work like? Can a SW Eng make the transition?
It isn't easy being the parent of a six-year-old. However, it's a pretty small price to pay for having somebody around the house who understands computers.
