In my opinion, somewhat smartphone can be a toxic junkies too for life, if using phone for toxic media social, depression or hoax and conspiration, blamming other people. I agree with dopamine but in in other case like two side of knife. Yeah

I know linux for 8 years ago, linux mint and its so hard look like to install that from my friend. But in the beggining of 2017 i try to install linux (ubuntu) because of virusesnon my windows laptop, and i see ubuntu look easy to install, and And now 4 years i'm using linux and love it, open source, and community based, free also. and i want to thanks for the community for develop all of opensource software. Sorry if my english grammar isn't good, i'm not from native english speaker or country. And this is first use slashdot for forum, because reddit banned in my country.
