American Airlines has one of the worst booking systems/websites of the major airlines. For being the world's largest airline, they website is so embarrassing. Errors all the time, really slow, can't easily change flights as it generally fails and tells you to call in the change. On top of that, their flights are delayed all the time. Delta is leaps and bounds a much better airline in every aspect. I avoid ever booking on American Airlines and if I do, it's because I had a strict timeframe and they had a flight that worked out instead of Delta.

I'm a hardcore Microsoft developer always have been and I use most Google products, but I switched to iPhone and frankly they just make a better product. I avoided them for a long time because I didn't agree with their business practices when it comes to their developer platform, still don't. But ultimately I need a reliable phone that just works. Pixel phones barely last a year. Went through 4 Pixel generations before finally giving up on them. So far my iPhone 13 is still kicking ass. Of course, the fact that all the Google and Microsoft Office apps run on iPhone makes a huge difference.

"If we're being honest, it's not that hard to imagine doing something similar ourselves" says Milner. "Most of us use GPS as a crutch while driving through unfamiliar terrain, tuning out and letting that soothing voice do the dirty work of navigating." I don't care what the fucking GPS says, if I'm going somewhere that's 2hrs away, there's not fucking way I make it past 3 or so hours. I certainly wouldn't end up some place that's 2 days away. That's just fucking stupidity and has nothing to do with a GPS crutch.

You pretty much answered yourself. I guarantee you they've never performed a risk assessment. I deal with these types of companies on a daily basis. There are so many healthcare companies and providers out there that don't even follow basic minimum security practices. The stuff that pops up in the news is nothing compared to some of the shit I see constantly. But hey, it keeps me in business, so what's there to complain about right?
