Comment Development costs for "free" jpg's (Score 1) 1223
Can all the companies who spent millions developing
and nuturing software to refine and encourage jpeg use get reimbursed for their R+D costs.
It appears that PL/I (and its dialects) is, or will be, the most widely used higher level language for systems programming. -- J. Sammet
