Everybody knows that code changes and mistakes are made. Then, every fix is an opportunity to make it better, stronger and reliable. When this happens developers loses compatibility and such. There is no way to keep code building everytime without errors. Building is a continuous process that the maintainers will keep code up for the rest of the software's life.
