Go with a Cybex 4XP Commander. However, buyer beware. It's gonna be expensive. We have a 4 console x 35 machine Cybex setup where I work. It's extremely slick, allowing multiple people to work on machines off of the same switch at the same time. Moreover, you can switch to the same machine as someone else, and thus see what they see. Also, the Cybex's support Multihead machines:)
However, we spent $25k on our setup. IMHO it's worth it, cause the thing never goes down. Our previous solution, 3 Belkin 8-port Omniviews, was a nightmare. In order to boot a box, you had to be on that boxes channel on the switch in order for the mouse to work. At the time, we were in too small an office, with too many machines, and were having problems with blown breakers. It could often take me a half hour easy to boot all the machines on one switch.
