As a matter of fact, each country has its own definition of "Death" for COVID-19. Some include only people that were tested positive. Some include death based on symptoms. Some only include death in hospitals, Some include death in hospital, in retirement home. Some include also death at home.. This study lacks a control group. Plus the endpoint has been changed in the curse of the study... Only drug showing clear improvement in a controlled randomized trial so far is Tocilzumab (study published by an established organization but peer review is yet to be done). In Europe we have been eating this type of invasive specie (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wels_catfish) for long but... As its flesh is tasty and as selling these fishes has become quite successfull, we now have farms of such fishes! Of course, these farms compete against fishing in living waters! So, eating invasive species may not be the most successful way of getting rid of them...

Choose the management option and keep yourself active in tech domains (opposite option is not doable). If the management opportunity you are offered is in R&D, this is easy. Beware: in hardtimes (crises, etc.), the ones that survive best are experts in their domains (either good managers or good technicians).
