How many American soldiers out there fighting in Iraq can point out the Constitutional justification of invading a sovereign nation to forcibly change their government? I hope you answered 0 because the justification does not exist. The soldiers out there fighting to take over Iraq are doing so because of the second clause of the military oath: because they were told to do it.
