This is a really great idea. The only problem is the dank routing algorithm. It is a bit hard to assign addresses or route between them in a completely decentralized network, especially while the nodes are all roaming. The network bandwidth would be completely consumed by routing information. Still, there must be a way.

Has anyone put any serious thought into this? Is there any research out there?
