I've sifted through the posts and not found one mention of Thomas Townsend Brown who was a pioneer in this field. http://www.soteria.com/brown/ So now I've set the record straight. Yes it does work in a vacuum otherwise NASA would be looking at it as a thruster. The only question I have asked is how big does it have to be to be manned to work in the atmosphere.
