Use Lexar jumpdrive Secure (Score -1)

I am already doing what you describe: credit
cards, passport, green card, tax documents
are all scanned and stored in this encrypted
flash drive. It's cheap and more importantly
it is platform independent and works on Windows, Mac and most importantly for slashdotters: Linux.
