i noticed alot of people were wondering how this chip uses such a small amount of power, well it looks like since the instructions (x86 in this case) are software based, instead of being in the processor, thus making the core smaller and easier to keep cool due to less transistors.
someone mentioned loss in horsepower, while this was true for migrating 32bit apps to 64bit instructions, i don't think it would be the case here, since this cpu can 'emulate' the native x86 instruction set.
