Definitely not a Mormon :). No, I'm a member of the Christian Reformed Churches of Australia. I'm not sure where the term came from, but it's essentially a pastor, but without the requirement that the man who fills the position be able to be ordained in our denomination, and it's for congregations that aren't big enough to have their own minister.
