nicarley writes: FCC Postpones TCPA Rule: The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has postponed the effective date of the “One-to-One Consent Rule” under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to January 26, 2026, pending judicial review by the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. The Eleventh Circuit vacated the rule, stating that the FCC exceeded its statutory authority by requiring consent to be specific to “one identified seller” and “logically and topically associated” with the interaction.
