Can't have one without the other. The process starts when a young sand worm is drowned in regular water. Either the bile of the newly dead worm or the sweat/vomit of someone ( usually female) who has survived ingestion of the sand worm bile is called Water of Life. Either way you slice it you need some regular water to start the whole parade of eggestion.
