...disregard my whole 'bleeding heart' bit, I just can't seem to be able to read today. I most certainly shouldn't have used the term "libertarian", but "liberal" - thanks for pointing that out.
It appears that PL/I (and its dialects) is, or will be, the most widely used higher level language for systems programming. -- J. Sammet
