Honestly, There is only one reason a computer, a network, a developer, or a Sys Admin exists and it is to provide applications to the end-users. Look at the output and I'm sure you will be able to come up with some metrics - application uptime, application response time, application throughput, number of users, amount of storage, etc. Good luck, Netperformance
