I have this book, but I don't really recommend it.. it does have bunches and bunches of ideas but its a bit to much I think.
this is a much more useful book. basic home studio design. Which is by Paul White, who does many of books in the series.. I recommend them all, they are great to get your feet wet or just for a reference.
this is also a good ref at studiocovers.com, they have alot of links to useful information.
I've spent the last 7 months building a studio in my basement. Its been fun building.. I hope to have some pics up at chazmadar.com in the furture.
