I recently used http://www.wizbids.com/ and must say that I hope this is a trend. Unlike similar sites, they don't have a million rules in place prohibiting you from getting work. It's a refreshing change for those of us doing freelance work and I hope the other sites follow suit. Oh, and their fees are the best I've found.
