The BBC Report (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/education/4460702.stm) that the government's adviser on education technology says that 'software cannot stop cheating'. Whilst I think from a pedalogic perspective the question's beside the point, surely software can go a long way to achieving plaigarism detection ?
