...if one looks at the backlashes that occur during any war, this is actually a bit less restrictive...

War, huh? What country are we at war with? When did Congress pass the declaration of war? And most importantly, what are our clear, achievable goals for this "war?"

We're not at war. We're fighting police actions. By calling it a war, GW Bush gives the impression he's doing a lot more than he is. Frankly, I'm glad it's not war at this point; I think that's uncalled for.
