sounds like a nice idea: why not change the natural environment of western civilisation by pumping all kinds of exhaustions into the air, then add a random mass of radio waves and spice in all with massive magnetic pollution? test this, and if we see a flaw in this plan - say in 20 years - it will aready be too late to bother. nature took billions of years to shape our world. but we are way better. ps: I was told that sarcasm is hard to recognize, when written.
