Last night I watched a show on TV (in Israel) talking about the catasrophic state of traffic accidents in Israel, and what we can do to put a stop to it.

The show went on explaining that the main cause for accidents in Israel is hutzpa (hebrew word for audacity). This means that the accidents in Israel happen because of a mentality thing. People just don't give a damn about traffic laws and go ahead and do what the want...
