In "high tech" for 25 years. Began at IBM in the old Office Products Division (think Selectric typewriter), have worked at many large (e.g., EMC) and small (e.g., Logicraft) companies in high tech. Spent ten years at Lotus, worked on many different things, including 1-2-3 for VMS and All-In-One, and, of course, Lotus Notes, including as the director of the Lotus Warroom (think Notes customers with their hair on fire). Have been at Microsoft for almost six years, all of it focused on helping to move the company forward in its vision of collaboration, and the technologies which support the coordinated work of individuals and teams.
