Twitter would never allow this in its current state. Youtube and Reddit (somewhat) allow it and that is why I use them. Twitter is a pseudo-religious platform for zealots to either conform and be expelled. I don't like being told how to think/act and thus completely avoid it. Hopefully, Elon can rectify that.
