All social media platforms that convey user generated content are effectively communication networks and should not be able to allowed to discriminate, per the Communications Act of 1934.
Furthermore, when a virtual monopoly exists by virtue of the 'lock-in' social networks effectively insure when one's acquaintances are all on said network, then said network acts as a de-facto government, and Constitutional protections become necessary.
Slashdot, of all places should be an amiable place to clarify these important points. I've been reading this site for 20 years, and I have to hope that some folks on here would still believe in freedom. I do.
