It's too bad about his bandwidth - I didn't know that, and would have cheerfully removed, or reposted his links. But instead, we have this.
You may not have known about the bandwidth, but you've gotta know about his lack of ad cash that pays for said bandwidth. Donations to make up for lack of said cash would probably be an acceptable apology:)
