I had a similar experience in a "supersite" run by a major healthcare provider here in CA. My wife's record was properly updated for her 2nd shot, mine wasn't. Since we anticipate traveling to Europe later this year, I followed up and had my record updated (had to supply vaccine card as proof). I also have a (time & geo stamped) photo with the needle sticking in my arm, if ever further proof were needed.

It depends on what you measure. IMO the # of cases is less interesting, and probably more subject to skew by testing infrastructure than the # of deaths per 1M population. So, that's what I sort the same data by. Currently UK is #9 (1245 deaths per million), and US is #11 (1176 deaths per million). I hope it doesn't sound cold-hearted, but for the purposes of evaluation I also filter out countries with tiny (100,000) populations. Adjusted for those the UK & US are #7 & #9 Anyway, I welcome the negative PCR test requirement. Until vaccinations take effect anything that slows the spread is useful.

Just thought I'd mention another option for folks that want a polished consumer style product (i.e. don't want to roll their own): Tablo (tablotv.com) I've been very satisfied using a quad tuner with 5TB external USB disk for the last 4-5 years. I also paid for the Lifetime subscription ($150) to get the advanced guide features. So my components are: Antenna, Tablo DVR, USB drive, wired network, Roku. Paid for itself in 1 year.
