mophab writes: Air-O-Matic, sellers of the pull my finger iPhone application is suing InfoMedia, makers of the iFart iPhone application for trademark infringement. Dueling flatulence-sound sellers hope to clear air. If this doesn't prove IP lawyers are out of control, I don't know what will.
