Hey Bruce,

Your lack of understanding of this amazes me. I've been reading your comments on Slashdot for years and thought you were an intelligent guy!

Anyway, I don't think the value that people give to bitcoin is entirely delusional as you seem to state. It's value, I believe, is in the fact it can be used to transfer value safely over the internet without a 3rd party - well an 'aware' 3rd party that allows or disallows it. It's free from the the control of the banks, nobody can just decide to 'print more bitcoin' on a whim.

It may be mostly built on illegal markets and speculation currently but that will change as it becomes more accepted and trusted. I spend it whenever I can but my choices are limited...so it's mainly Steam games! (I do not use illegal markets...and I'm not just saying that to stop the NSA from tracking me...not that it will)

This is absolutely 100% true. It brings up whatever filth your sordid mind desires - and shows related filthy searches, so you can travel on a filthy trail to whatever end. It's quite disgusting and fantastic at the same time. Works great for images and videos alike. It's the greatest thing microsoft has created.

Submission + - Valve Brings Native SteamVR Support to Unity and Gives Away Free Headsets (roadtovr.com)

An anonymous reader writes: Despite having their own Source engine, Valve has come together with Unity to add native SteamVR support to the popular Unity3D game engine. This will offer plug-and-play support for SteamVR-compatible hardware for developers creating virtual reality experiences using Unity. Announced by Valve chief Gabe Newell today at the Unity-hosted Vision AR/VR Summit, Newell also announced that every developer at the conference would be getting their own HTC Vive Pre development kit, the latest iteration of the SteamVR system made in collaboration with Valve and HTC (http://www.htcvive.com/us/).

I don't give a toss if it hasn't "caught on". I have a DK2 and it's great fun, worth every penny. Even if most of the stuff I can use it with is demo's or just interesting little toys. It's fun. Lot's of fun.

If you haven't tried it then I suggest doing so but you will need a fast computer to get the most out of it.

His saying that he would open source MC eventually pissed me off. Now, the game I have loved for several years is in the hands of fucking microsoft! Microsoft of all the fucking companies. how long before linux is dropped? All development has gone into the windows version since Microsoft acquisition. If he was so desperate to get rid of it why not open source the fucker and keep making money anyway.

Nah, respect has gone down hugely with this fella...though I still love Minecraft :-)

Don't worry, they won't care about your pr0n searches...well, maybe they'll just store them all up for 'later use' should you become a problem in the future.

Fuck them all. You heard it here first.
