Try Freesco . This will give you a single floppy linux with a web gui, telnet, passive DNS (v4), and DHCP capabilities. None of these are very flexible, especially the routing side - get LRP if you want flexibility.

Mine is running on a 486, no probs. Our LRPs at work run P100 full 100mbps, so I assume a freesco on a P100 will be similar.
