or better, put the coils in the car and have stationary magnets placed under the tarmac on the roads. Might not charge em up, but it'd slow down the discharging a bit..
I've never been canoeing before, but I imagine there must be just a few simple heuristics you have to remember... Yes, don't fall out, and don't hit rocks.
