NOI, Nation of Gods and Earths (Score 1)

I thought cipher was a reference to that NOI/Gods&Earths Supreme Mathematics lesson. I think that to them cipher actually signifies all existence, which doesn't mesh with the '0' representation. Then again, nothing they do really stands up to scrutiny, so whatever. Seeing as how this is slashdot, I'm probably overthinking it.
