Comment Wow... just wow! (Score 1) 108

All the comments I've read so far has been incredibly negative and judgemental.

I can't believe it. /. has existed for over 23 years and has featured all kinds of worthy stuff that has always been News for nerds; Stuff that matters.

Whatever the transhumans are doing today is surely paving the way for real progress in the future.

What is progress?

Simple. It's people willing to take the risks other people won't so that it benefits the whole human race.

And here you are mocking and laughing at the people that actually do something. I can't see you doing this? You're just standing on the side line pointing your finger at "these weirdos" and hoping, deep down, that you could do the same.

Get out of your head and see the courage it takes to do these things.

Journal Journal: Doh!

This day is totally boring, as with every f***ing day. Nothing exciting to do at work.

I've a few projects I'm working on, but to hell with them! Try to make a webpage using a lot of CSS and it really fucks you over. Differences between Mozilla and IE. What else?

It's my birthday soon. I turn 30 years young.
If anybody actually reads this, send me an e-mail this sunday.

Anyways, I'm bored and I'll stop boring you.

Later.

But the question is: Since the cable guy agreed to the EULA, is he the "End User" or is it the owner of the machine?

My dad installed some dialup software from an ISP, but he had to remove it as it kept dialling all the time without him knowing of it, untill he suddenly saw the dialup-icon in the systray. Damn those ISP's ;)
