He was modded to +4 for the CNN spam in the period of about a minute. They're banking the modpoints. What I would love to see you do since you are so obsessed with slashdot is to game the system (metamoderation is broken) and write a script to generate accounts and grab modpoints. It would take a few days for a guy who is good at python to do.
